Oral Cancer Screening

At our office, we use a high-tech screening device, the VELscope Vx, as part of our routine for early oral cancer detection. The VELscope is small, fluorescent light that can reveal changes in healthy tissue before they’re visible to the naked eye. It’s completely painless and takes only a couple of minutes—which is time very well spent when, in the fight against cancer, early detection is critical.

Soft tissue laser

Soft tissue lasers are revolutionizing the way that periodontal (gum) procedures are performed. Because of their pinpoint accuracy, they allow treatment to be completed in less time with less patient discomfort. In our office, our portable, handheld lasers assist us with a number of services we offer and allow us to achieve superior results.

Digital X-Rays

Our digital x-ray system is better for you and for the environment, and we think those are both very important. For patients, digital x-rays mean far less exposure to radiation—up to half as much, according to the most widely-accepted studies. They also mean less waiting time, and the results can be viewed immediately at chair-side, which means patients can be more involved in their treatment. iTero intraoral scanning

iTero scanner is a digital intraoral scanner that produces quick colorized images, helping you to visualize diagnostic, restorative, or orthodontic comparisons. It takes 3D Digital Impressions to help with everything from Invisalign to crowns and bridges to implants and dentures.
